Excellent service and great value. They gave me the best price of all the quotes, showed up on time and carried out a professional service including complete inspection for existing problem. Professional and friendly service. Addressed all concerns about using less toxic methods. Initially wondering post-service if the problem had indeed been adequately dealt with but our faith was not misplaced and staff were very patient with us and our requirements. I paid these guys $250 to exterminate the roaches in my kitchen. I was enticed by the 3 month guarantee. A week later I still had lots of roaches running around, so I called them again, and they said it can take a month to take effect. 2 months later I still had lots of roaches in my kitchen, so another guy came round and did all the same stuff as the first guy, which made me very sceptical. Sure enough, a month later I still had roaches in my kitchen, just as many as before. I had lost all confidence in this company and didn't even bother getting them back a third time. Complete waste of time and money.

The initial install of the Termiwatch system was professional and thorough, however I paid for regular 3 monthly checks of the system, which went forgotten by the company and I had to follow up after 4 months to schedule. Once scheduled the check of the termiwatch was performed and one of the stations was not replaced adequately in the lawn for which I called up to complain. I was asked by the phone attendant if I could 'dig out some dirt and push it down' rather than sending someone out to fix.

I was told that a date would be arranged to control termites at my residence. This was followed by a few odd emails asking for my information and nothing else. Ten days have past since trying to arrange for someone to come out and my home, meanwhile it’s still being eaten by termites.I understand that it’s a difficult time for businesses but if you can’t get out to a property then tell the client so that they can arrange someone who can.

Good and quick service at a competitive price. Quoting process was smooth. Perth Pest Control did a thorough job putting in a termite barrier at our home.Only critique is that the holes drilled in the concrete are very visible - either because the hole is larger than the plug used to cover it up, or because the plug colour does not match our driveway colour.

We had our new home sprayed approx 3 weeks ago and there has not been one spider web outside or nasty little bugs indoors. Would highly recommend and will rebook annually. Cheers guys

We use their services last year and it was good. However this year’s service was not satisfactory - there were still cockroaches crawling out about a month after the service. We call them but they wanted to charge again for the service.

The staff were late getting to my place for the inspection; I have had to ring 3 times to ask about the results of bugs" removed from my house. The receptionist promised to ring back or email and never did. Still waiting for the email with the results from the professional body that tested the specimens taken from my home over a month ago. This service could improve this customers experience."
